Payments may be made either by credit card or check. Please submit payment only after filling out your registration forms.
All fees and forms must be received (not postmarked) by the posted deadline.
Schools are responsible for collecting payments from their participants (students, faculty, chaperones, and guests) and submitting one payment for all attendees.
Your form will not be processed until payment is received in full.

The Festival will refund costs less 10% to cover deposits and other Festival costs that cannot be recovered up to Feb. 14, 2018. After that date, no refunds will be given for any reason.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing (emails are accepted if all school and personnel information is included).

Payment by credit card for all fees is preferred. Credit card payment can be made online.
