Festival Faculty Volunteer (Due Oct. 1, 2017, Extended to Dec. 1, 2017)

SUBMIT the Festival Faculty Volunteer Teaching Registration for all faculty interested in teaching a master class during the festival.

Recruiter and Exhibitor Registration (Due Jan. 5, 2018)

COMPLETE the Recruiter and Exhibitor Registration to register your institution for the festival, provide scholarship information, and place an advertisement in the program book.

OR

COMPLETE the Advertisement Submission if you only wish to place an advertisement in the Festival program.

PAY the total indicated on your registration form
Please submit payment only after filling out your registration forms

PRINT and MAIL IN ONE PACKET an Assumption of Risk Waiver for each registered attendee

Registration is not complete until all forms and payment are received. *

Institutions interested in having a table and representatives at the Festival for recruitment and information purposes must adhere to the recruitment guidelines.

 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

* Fees and forms must be RECEIVED (not postmarked) by the deadline

The Festival will refund costs less 10% to cover deposits and other Festival costs that cannot be recovered up to Feb. 14, 2018. After that date, no refunds will be given for any reason.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing (emails are accepted if all school and personnel information is included).
