Payments may be made either by credit card or check. Please submit payment only after filling out your registration forms.

All fees and forms must be received (not postmarked) by the posted deadline.

Schools are responsible for collecting payments from their participants (students, faculty, chaperones, and guests) and submitting one payment for all attendees.

Your form will not be processed until payment is received in full.

Cancellation Policy

The Festival will refund costs less 10% to cover deposits and other Festival costs that cannot be recovered up to Feb. 14, 2018. After that date, no refunds will be given for any reason.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing (emails are accepted if all school and personnel information is included).

Pay by Credit Card

Payment by credit card for all fees is preferred. Credit card payment can be made online.

Pay by Check

School or business checks (no personal checks accepted) should be made payable to Point Park University and mailed to the following:

Point Park University welcomes guests to book hotel reservations at the official Festival hotel, the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh, at a flat rate of $134/night for double or king rooms.

Book online or call 412-391-4600 before Jan. 15, 2018, to guarantee the promotional rate.

A one night deposit is required per room reservation.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m.

A valid credit card will be required upon check-in, which will be authorized for all the estimated expenses incurred by the guest based on their length of stay.

Space is limited, please make your reservations as soon as possible.

Point Park University welcomes recruiters and exhibitors to the 2018 National High School Dance Festival Feb. 28 through March 4, 2018.

Participants are encouraged to arrive the day before the Festival begins.

Volunteer Teaching

Faculty interested in teaching at the Festival must submit a Festival Faculty Volunteer Teaching Registration by Oct. 1, 2017, Extended to Dec. 1, 2017.

Festival Registration

Institutions interested in having a table and representatives for recruitment and information purposes at the Festival must fill out the Recruiter Registration and submit payment by Jan. 5, 2018.  No on-site registrations will be accepted.

The recruiter registration will register your organization or institution for the National High School Dance Festival. You will also be able to include scholarship and advertisement information for the program. A registration fee of $300 includes up to two recruiters. Additional recruiters are $75 each.

Each registered recruiter or exhibitor will receive:

  • ID Badge and full-color copy of Festival program
  • Inclusion of recruiter or exhibitor institution or company name in Festival program
  • List of student Festival participants with high school contact information
  • Access to scholarship audition classes, if offering a scholarship
  • Access to all festival events (excluding dance classes)
  • Each registered recruiter per institution donating a scholarship will receive an electronic booklet
